For our client, we are looking for an HR Advisor who serves as the link between employees, supervisors and management. In this role, you will be given a lot of responsibility, you will help shape the organization’s future, and you will directly contribute to the development of employees and HR policy.
What are you going to do?
As an HR Advisor, you are an important sparring partner for supervisors within the logistics organization. You are visible on the work floor, know what is going on, and translate HR issues into practical solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising managers and supervisors on HR-related matters
- Guiding absence management cases and supporting sustainable employability
- Coordinating recruitment and selection processes
- Contributing to strategic workforce planning
- Managing the deployment of temporary agency workers
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within HR processes and helping to implement them
- Supporting performance management and talent development
- Contributing to a positive and professional working environment

Who are we looking for?
You are an enthusiastic HR professional who gets energy from a dynamic working environment. You know how to combine a people-focused approach with a business mindset and you are not afraid to think critically.
In addition, you have:
- A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role
- Experience with absence management, employee development and HR advisory
- An affinity with logistics processes
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- A proactive and independent work attitude
- Good command of the Dutch language and a good command of the English language
