Vacancy: Administrative Assistant (32–40 hours) - Winschoten

For our client, a renowned company in the demolition, earthworks and recycling sector, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant. In this versatile role, you are the link between the on-site operations and the office administration. No day is the same, and your work ensures that projects run smoothly.

What are you going to do?

As an Administrative Assistant, you ensure that all administrative processes related to projects, planning and invoicing are processed correctly. You work closely with colleagues from planning, project management and operations.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Processing assignments, work orders and project data
  • Supporting the planning of personnel, equipment and projects
  • Preparing, checking and sending invoices
  • Processing purchase invoices and administrative changes
  • Maintaining project files and contract documentation
  • Maintaining telephone and email contact with customers, suppliers and clients
  • Processing time registrations and equipment administration
  • Identifying deviations and ensuring correct administrative handling
  • Supporting colleagues with various administrative tasks

Who are we looking for?

  • You have MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in an administrative field;
  • You have experience in an administrative role;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch language;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • You work accurately and in a structured way;
  • You can switch well between different tasks;
  • You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented;
  • Affinity with the construction, infrastructure, transport or demolition sector is a plus.
