Working and learning
Even if you don’t have a diploma, opportunities are available for you. A BBL program is an education that combines working and learning with each other. This way you immediately have a paid job and you also pursue an MBO education, often at level 3 or 4. BUZ Personeelsdiensten supports you during your training and keeps in touch with you, the employer, the school, and, where necessary, your home front.
Subsidy possibilities
We are happy to help companies looking for young, motivated staff. There are various subsidy options for businesses that give young people without a start qualification a chance. We know the paths and tools and support you in submitting applications. We also maintain excellent contacts with youth counselors at municipalities, so we always have a good understanding of the available labor potential in your region.
Regional training centers
For BBL education we maintain excellent relationships with Regional Training Centers (ROCs). We know what opportunities exist in MBO programs in the fields of construction, technology, and transport & logistics.
