How does recruitment and selection work?

We’re happy to explain how we work in recruitment and selection for our clients. When you submit your staffing need to us, one of our consultants will talk with you. He or she will take stock of your wishes and delve into your company culture. Within our broad network, we search for the right candidate, with whom we expect there will be a mutual fit. The candidate will undergo a trial period, and we will remain actively involved in the background to provide feedback. If applicable, we will guide you through subsidy opportunities. Throughout the entire process, we remain available for guidance and support for as long as you wish.
