What are you going to do?
Vacancy:
As a self-employed line cook, you are responsible for preparing dishes and ensuring the smooth running of operations in the kitchen. Your duties include, among others:
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the planning and recipes
- Monitoring the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
- Thinking along about new dishes and the menu
- Ensuring a clean and organized workstation in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Supporting and guiding colleagues in the kitchen where needed
- Checking inventories and processing ingredients
Who are we looking for?
For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced cook with a love for the craft. You:
- Have experience as a standalone working cook or in a comparable role
- Have knowledge of products, preparation techniques, and kitchen processes
- Are stress-resistant and can collaborate well
- Have a cheerful and positive personality
