For our client in Finsterwolde, we are looking for production workers who want to work day shifts or in a two-shift system. You will work in a modern production environment where wooden pallets are largely produced automatically.
Our client is a large and experienced producer of wooden pallets. Millions of pallets are produced each year for companies in various sectors. Thanks to a modern range of machinery and extensive automation, a large part of the production process is automated.
As a production worker, you and your colleagues ensure that production keeps running.
What are you going to do?
You will work on one of the production lines where wooden pallets are made. The machines do a large part of the work, but naturally, production cannot run without you.
- You operate and monitor the production machines.
- You ensure the supply of wood and other materials.
- You check the produced pallets for quality.
- You intervene when you notice that the production process is not running properly.
- You keep your workplace tidy and safe.
- You work with colleagues to ensure production runs smoothly.
- You carry out various supporting production activities.
Depending on the department and schedule, you will work day shifts or in a two-shift system.
Who are we looking for?
- You are available full-time.

- You work safely and carefully.
- You enjoy working in a technical and automated production environment.
- Experience as a production worker or machine operator is an advantage, but not required.
