What are you going to do?
As a apprentice cook, you work together with the cooks in the kitchen and learn step by step how a professional kitchen operates. Your duties include:
- Preparing ingredients and performing mise-en-place
- Assisting in the preparation of dishes
- Learning to work with different cooking techniques and products
- Ensuring a neat and organized work area
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy moments
- Cooperating according to hygiene and HACCP guidelines
