For our branches in Winschoten and Groningen, we are looking for a new colleague who gets energy from connecting people and companies.
As an intercedent/recruiter at BUZ Personeelsdiensten, you actively look for suitable candidates and ensure they end up in the right position with our clients. You maintain contact with clients, think along about their staffing needs, and make sure everything around a placement is arranged properly and carefully.
A versatile role in which commerce, recruitment, client contact and administration come together. And all of this within a personal, committed and enthusiastic team.
What are you going to do?
As an intercedent/recruiter at BUZ, you will have a versatile role in which recruitment, commerce, client contact and administration come together.
Your tasks will include:
- Actively searching for suitable candidates;
- Speaking with, selecting and presenting candidates to our clients;
- Placing candidates in a suitable workplace;
- Maintaining contact with clients and temporary workers;
- Maintaining and further developing existing client relationships;
- Drafting and publishing vacancies;
- Processing employment contracts and placements administratively;
- Personally guiding candidates before, during and after their placement.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is energetic, spontaneous and sociable;
- Speaks Dutch and English well;
- Works commercially and is results-driven;
- Can work independently, but also fits well within a team;
- Has demonstrable relevant work experience;
- Is available 40 hours per week;
- Has an SEU certificate or is willing to obtain one;
- Preferably has experience with Easyflex.
