Vacancy: Container Truck Driver / Shovel Operator
Do you like being on the road, but do you also enjoy working with a shovel?
For a client in Wijster, we are looking for a Container Truck Driver / Shovel Operator. In this varied role, you are responsible for transporting containers on the site and you also support with shovel work. No day is the same and you will work in a close-knit team where safety and teamwork are key.
What are you going to do?
- Driving a container truck on and around the site.
- Moving and swapping containers.
- Loading, unloading, and moving various materials with the shovel.
- Inspecting vehicles and machines.
- Working according to the applicable safety regulations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the work runs smoothly.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a CE driving licence and Code 95.
- You have experience as a truck driver.
- Experience operating a shovel is a plus, or you are willing to learn.
- You are independent, reliable, and safety-conscious.
- You like to roll up your sleeves.
- You are available full-time.
