The operations office is responsible for planning and monitoring production and logistics. This makes this department the beating heart of the company. Together with your colleagues, you ensure everything runs smoothly.
What are you going to do?
As an (Assistant) Operations Office Employee, you support the day-to-day planning and monitoring of production and logistics. You maintain an overview, coordinate with colleagues and stay in contact with customers. You will also be a point of contact for outbound products.
Your duties include:
- Supporting the planning of production and logistics;
- Checking whether processes run properly and on time;
- Maintaining contact with customers;
- Being a co-point of contact for outbound products;
- Working with digital planning modules;
- Coordinating with colleagues from production, logistics and the office;
- Identifying deviations and thinking along about solutions.
