Vacancy: Machine Operator

In this position, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining various machines used in the pallet production process. You will also perform quality checks and keep production data and reports. You will work together with a team of motivated colleagues and contribute to the optimal functioning of the factory.
It is important that you are willing to work both day shifts and 2-shift schedules, and that you can rotate to other departments as needed. You will be joining a company that produces high-quality pallets, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and an informal, friendly work atmosphere.
What are you going to do?
As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of machines in the factory. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and meets the specified quality requirements. Your tasks include:
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Supervising the production process and making adjustments as needed
- Troubleshooting mechanical disturbances and minor technical issues
- Carrying out maintenance work
- Performing quality checks and reporting deviations
- Leading the team of production employees and motivating them to achieve collective goals
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience as a production worker or machine operator, or you want to learn this
- You can work independently as well as effectively in a team
- You are willing to work day shifts or 2-shift rotas
- You work precisely and are quality-oriented
- You have a positive attitude and are presentable
