Vacancy: Commercial Coordinator - Inside Sales (32-40 hours)

You are the connecting link between purchasing, sales, production, logistics, and customers. You ensure that everything behind the scenes is in order, so that customers get what they expect.

What are you going to do?

In this versatile role you combine commercial insight with strong coordination skills. You ensure that processes run smoothly and that commercial opportunities are not missed.

Your main tasks:

Coordination & leadership

  • Monitoring and coordinating production processes for new customers
  • Aligning with planning, logistics, purchasing, and production
  • Monitoring delivery times and customer agreements
  • Actively communicating with all involved parties

Commercial

  • Identifying sales opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Drafting and following up quotes
  • Preparing price proposals and calculations
  • Supporting account managers and contributing to commercial actions

    Administration & insight
  • Collecting and analyzing management information
  • Identifying customer developments and trends
  • Managing contracts and agreements
  • Taking minutes of sales and meeting moments

    Other
  • Answering customer questions and resolving complaints
  • Supporting bids and tenders
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Preparing and processing production drawings

Who are we looking for?

  • HBO-level work and thinking
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Good command of Dutch, English, and German (written and spoken)
