Personnel Planner
Would you like to work every morning and keep your afternoons free? For our client in Finsterwolde, we are looking for a personnel planner for 20 to 25 hours per week. You will mainly work from 08:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday.
Depending on your experience, you will earn between €3,000 and €3,400 gross per month on a full-time basis. In this role, you will have a great deal of responsibility and ensure that the personnel planning within production is correct every day.
What are you going to do?
As a personnel planner, you ensure clarity and overview. You take holidays, illness, absences and changes into account, and make sure that production knows what to expect.
Your duties include:
- Preparing and maintaining personnel schedules
- Creating and managing the annual holiday schedule
- Processing sickness and absence notifications
- Adjusting the schedule in the event of unexpected changes
- Coordinating the schedule daily with the production department
- Maintaining contact with administration regarding hours worked and changes
- Carrying out other administrative duties related to personnel planning

Who are we looking for?
You enjoy planning, easily maintain an overview and can respond quickly when something changes.
In addition:
- You have a working and thinking level equivalent to MBO level 4
- Preferably, you have experience as a planner, personnel planner or administrative assistant
- You work accurately and in a structured manner
- You communicate easily with different departments
- You are available in the mornings from Monday to Friday
- You think in solutions when a schedule changes unexpectedly
