Vacancy: Quality Controller
For a client in the timber industry, we are looking for a quality controller. As a quality controller, you play an important role at the end of our production line. You carefully inspect the pallets for any defects and involve your supervisor if you identify any structural deviations. With your eye for detail and proactive attitude, you ensure not only quality but also a neat and organized workplace. You work in a team, but you can also take responsibility independently. Flexibility is important: you are willing to occasionally work overtime and, in the future, to work in shift schedules as well.
What are you going to do?
As a quality controller, you must operate within strict frameworks and procedures. The production process must not be delayed as a result. When deviations and irregularities occur, you ensure they are corrected. This can involve manually repairing the product or advising the supervisor about the quality of the product.
