What are you going to do?
In this role, you advise customers on their complete garden and outdoor project, from verandas and wooden outdoor living units to decorative paving, garden timber, and other building and garden materials. You prepare quotes, actively follow up on them, and maintain close contact with both private customers and gardeners and contractors to further develop customer relationships. In addition, you process orders and answer customer questions throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry to the final delivery. You think along about inventory management and product availability within the assortment and identify market opportunities to implement improvements. Of course, you ensure that the workplace and showroom are always neat and organized so that customers feel welcome.
