Vacancy: Sales & Lead Specialist
Are you looking for a flexible sales position where you can set your own hours and earn a good salary? BUZ Personnel Services is seeking a motivated Sales & Lead Specialist for a client who wants to contribute to a more sustainable Netherlands.
In this role you will collect valuable information from private homeowners and actively support lead generation within residential sustainability. You will receive an attractive hourly wage, complemented by a bonus scheme based on the number of leads achieved.
Your territory covers the North Netherlands, including the provinces of Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe.
What are you going to do?
As a Sales & Lead Specialist, you will travel across the three northern provinces of Groningen, Drenthe, and Friesland, speaking with private residents about possible sustainability improvements, such as:
- Solar panels
- Insulation
- Heat pumps
- Plastic (PVC) window frames
You will ask targeted questions, listen carefully to residents’ preferences, and record their wishes. You will process these data easily on a tablet, so a registered local company can contact them later.
- Important: you do not sell anything. You inform and collect information.
