Vacancy: Operator
Do you have technical insight, work accurately, and have an eye for quality? Then this is your chance to work as an operator at a modern printing house where Komori, Indigo, and Landa presses are used. You will join an informal and enthusiastic team where collaboration and results are central.
What are you going to do?
As an operator, you work independently and in teams to produce high-quality print. You set up the press, check the colors, and resolve malfunctions. You work with a variety of products such as business cards, flyers, posters, and more.
- You create proof prints and evaluate them; in case of doubt, you consult your supervisor.
- You set the press according to the correct specifications and ensure a continuous feed and removal of paper and materials.
- You monitor quality by measuring, inspecting, and visually assessing color rendering.
- You troubleshoot press-related issues and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Who are we looking for?
- An completed MBO education in a technical field, preferably graphic.
- You can work independently with an eye for the entire production process.
- You are accurate and critical regarding quality.
- You are willing to work in shifts: (05:30–14:00 and 14:00–22:30)
- Experience as a printer is a plus, but not required. You will have the opportunity to learn the trade in practice.
