Vacancy: Commercial Administrative Assistant

As a Commercial Administrative Assistant, you will be the link between purchasing, sales, production, logistics, and our customers.

In this role, you will support the sales teams at our locations in Finsterwolde and Venlo and you will be the first point of contact for suppliers, customers, colleagues, and carriers. You will be involved in the full commercial process and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What are you going to do?

  • You perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the commercial department.
  • You prepare sales conversations and ensure that all information is complete and up to date.
  • You collect and process management information.
  • You detect changes in customers' purchasing behavior and respond proactively.
  • You monitor delivery times from suppliers and keep all parties involved informed.
  • You coordinate the production progress for new clients, guide the process, and check the planning.
  • You communicate proactively with all departments to keep everyone well informed.
