What are you going to do?
You will be trained as an all-round operator in a modern aluminum smelting plant. Don’t worry if you’ve never done this kind of work before—as long as you’re eager to learn and have a technical mindset, you’ll get a long way.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Melting and casting aluminum at different stations, such as the furnaces and the wire line.
- Performing quality checks to ensure everything meets the proper standards.
- Preparing “recipes” for aluminum products—not, however, to eat.
- Working closely with colleagues and ensuring a safe, tidy working environment.
You’ll receive thorough onboarding and training, with a focus on safety and personal development.
Who are we looking for?
- You are interested in engineering/technique
- You enjoy working with your hands
- You have experience in a production environment (This is a plus and not a hard requirement)
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
- You have a strong sense of responsibility
- You work accurately
- You pick up new things quickly and are eager to learn
- You have a good command of the Dutch language

- A gross monthly salary of €2,842.47, excluding shift allowance (19%) and SAO allowance of €83.53 per month.
