HR Administrative Assistant (temporary, 16 hours) – Muntendam
For the HR department of our client in Muntendam, we are looking for temporary support. Due to organizational changes, the client cannot yet determine the exact duration of the assignment, but we are looking for someone to come and strengthen us in the coming period within our Liquors segment.
You work 16 hours per week, preferably spread over 4 mornings (09:00 – 13:15). Other working hours are negotiable.
What are you going to do?
In this role you ensure that everything surrounding our personnel administration runs smoothly and accurately. You are an important link within the HR team and support colleagues where needed.
A sample of your responsibilities:
- You ensure correct and up-to-date personnel administration (contracts, changes, and files)
- You monitor deadlines and maintain an overview
- You check timesheets and prepare payroll processing
- You support onboarding and offboarding of employees
- You work closely with the HR Business Partner
- You are a point of contact for colleagues with HR questions
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least an MBO-level education, preferably in HR
- You have affinity with HR processes
- You have experience with HR systems; Excel/Office 365 is a plus
- You have experience with payroll processing or ADP is a plus
- You have knowledge of the German language is a plus
Additionally you are:
- Accurate and structured
- Service-oriented and proactive
- Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information
- Communicatively skilled in Dutch and English
